Mildred Molle is a Master of Arts student in Geography and Environment at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Western University. She is interested in examining water security, social protection, and women’s empowerment in the Upper West Region of Ghana. Her research is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) six. Achieving this goal might improve the quality of life and longevity. Additionally, the social protection programs might improve women's and girls' access to water through cash transfers and promote gender equality. At WeCLISH Centre, Mildred expects to gain a robust understanding of climate change related to water security, share her work, and join others for collaborative research.
